Al Ain Air Championship 2015

The Al Ain Air Championship (formerly known as Al Ain Aerobatic Show) is one of the longest running events held in the United Arab Emirates.
The event is one of the world’s largest and prestigious aerobatic performance festivals, attracting a glittering array of the world's foremost military and civilian aerobatics teams and flying champions.
Held in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi's heritage heartland, the event is designed to deliver a weekend of unforgettable family fun-- in the air, on the ground and across the destination—with special ticketing offers and travel packages ensuring that visitors stay longer and do more during their stay in Al Ain.
Al Ain’s unique cultural heritage, natural assets and many attractions make it the perfect place to host such a dynamic championship event.

THE ORGANISER

The show is organised by Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority (TCA Abu Dhabi) and is supported by the UAE Air Force, Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) and Al Ain Municipality and partners.
As Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority, our mission is to promote the heritage, culture and traditions of Abu Dhabi emirate worldwide.
Our activities are designed to support the emirate’s evolution into a world-class, sustainable destination which makes a unique contribution to the global cultural landscape while conserving its singular character and ecosystem.
We manage the emirate’s tourism sector and market it internationally through a wide range of activities and major events, such as the Al Ain Air Championship, which are aimed at attracting both culturally sensitive visitors and increased investment.
One of our key roles is to create synergy in the destination’s development through close co-ordination with its wide-ranging stakeholder base. A dedicated outreach programme is under way in the emirate’s schools, colleges and workplaces, explaining the benefits that tourism, and the developments and investment made to support it, can bring to the whole nation.
