Prime Minister Narendra Modi has left for the 12-day UN climate change summit in Paris to face what is being seen as one of the big diplomatic challenges for India. Nearly 150 global leaders are gathering in Paris for the 21st session of the Conference of the Parties, or the COP21. The meet that hopes to bring on all board and develop a firm policy for containing emissions that are spiking global warming.
